According to Oxford dictionary, “hypocrite” is defined as “a person who pretends to have moral standards or opinions that they do not actually have.” You know, a person who doesn’t practises what he preaches, then why he preaches in the first place?
Hyprocrite!

Much as I like to see a change, a check and balance in the rakyat’s representation, I am flabbergasted that in the process of change, a few good leaders are sacrificed. Sharizat’s loss is a huge casualty. I have respected her for her work in Woman, Family and Community Development Ministry, she is one hard woman-leader to come by, having fought for the Malaysian woman’s rights, the extended maternity leave etc to name a few. And she has to face this loss on International Woman’s Day! I hope that she will be appointed as Senator and continues to serve the rakyat.
Lee Hwa Beng’s shocking loss is yet another casualty and losing to a “nobody” (Loh Gwo Burne is infamous for taping the Lingam video) is indeed an insult to injury. Honestly, I wouldn’t know whether Loh, having lived in China most of the time before he turned politician, can live up to Lee’s service, according to his track records.
And 2 ministers which I am so happy to see them packed and go are none other than Samy Velu and Information Minister “Zam”. Samy Velu had the chance to retire from politics gracefully and yet the overstayed minister chose to be dethroned! Perhaps it is the act of God, huh Datuk Seri Samy? And Zam, you shamed Malaysian with your “Oxford-standard-English” during the interview with Al-Jeera during the Bersih Rally.. Malaysia cannot afford to have an arrogant minister like you!
As a ordinary rakyat, I see a “frightening” phenomenal. Malaysians are angry, really angry. And we have brought our anger to the ballots. As I updated my parents who has no access to internet last night on the poll results, I was having goose pimples!
And the Opposition, deliver what you have promised during your campaign. Yes, we have voted you to change, we have entrusted you to make our live better. It has already been proven, if you do not deliver, we can easily wipe you out in the next election.

Pak Lah must be stupefied right now. As of 2.24am 9/3/08, the “ruling” coalition BN has officially lost Kelantan, Penang and Kedah, and unofficially lost Selangor & Perak and losing several senior ministers too. The opposition, with much less resources than the ruling government, produces stunning wins for the first time in history. It’s a “bersih” election afterall..
BN may have formed the next federal government with just a simple majority, but it is a clear signal that Pak Lah has to ”give up” the PM post. He lost his very own home state Penang to Opposition. No. 13 is afterall an unlucky number lah, Pakcik Lah. Najib coming in to the rescue? Let’s wait & see..

Yes, it took me less than 5 minutes from getting the stream number to collecting the ballot paper and put an “X” beside my preferred candidate.. That’s how simple to exercise your rights. And I drove 25 km to the polling station at Sek Kebangsaan Sri Damai, PJ to cast my vote while hubby drove 350 km back to Permatang Tinggi, Penang to cast his vote..
Will the candidate of my choice get to represent me in the Parliament? We shall see..

It’s the “D-Day”. Hubby is on his way to Penang to exercise his rights and I will be casting my vote at PJ Selatan, one of the hottest seats in Klang Valley.
I did not attend any of the ceramahs this election. I have been ”overfed” by both mainstream media (government controlled) and the internet (mainly pro-opposition). As I rock my armchair gathering the “intelligence”, I cannot deny that this election gonna be the most exciting one ever, judging from the crowd shown up at the Opposition’s ceramah and how the mainstream media has continuously attacking the Opposition especially Anwar Ibrahim for the last few days. And not forgetting there are mostly straight fights, where the opposition has worked on not to spilt votes among opposition supporters.
Will BN denied the 2/3 majority?
Will the Opposition take over Penang and Trengganu?
Will BN take over Kelantan?
Let us MALAYSIAN decides today!
